We’re looking for a detail-obsessed, energetic, and forward-thinking individual to join our team and help take VidDay’s brand to the next level.
As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and monitoring strategies and marketing campaigns.
In this role, you will be a crucial member helping create and expand marketing initiatives while staying knowledgeable about emerging digital marketing trends and best practices while proactively sharing that knowledge with the team.
Develop customer acquisition and retention strategies in tandem with analysts and past marketing results
Assign a budget for channels according to performance and KPI’s
Manage marketing spend in channels such as Google PPC, Bing PPC, YouTube, Facebook, Snapchat, and more
Work with analysts to keep a close eye on LTV as it changes and how it influences CPA targets
Ensure all tracking is accurate through ad channels, as well as GA4 and Braze — quickly fix tracking issues as they arise
Work closely with Account Managers from Facebook, Google, Braze, etc., to ensure best practices are in place, discover new tools, and strategize
Manage and deploy marketing tags with Google Tag Manager
Plan and execute an editorial calendar for emails
Plan and execute an editorial calendar for organic social media
Report and communicate the effectiveness of all marketing efforts with KPIs such as Spend, CPA, ROI, Market Share, Brand Lift, etc. to the leadership team
Strategize and brief seasonal marketing campaigns
Collaborate with the creative team to ensure best practices for each channel are followed and iterate on past learnings
Monitor social channels and engage as needed

We’re looking for a talented Communications Specialist to assist in building VidDay’s brand and awareness globally through media outreach and content development.
The ideal candidate will have experience in Public Relations, as well as skills related to strategic analysis and marketing.
In this role, you’ll be a key early member of the team and help set processes and workflows.
