To invite people to a VidDay group video gift, simply share the invite link to your custom submission page. For larger groups, VidDay’s Smart Invite tool helps you quickly invite and track participants by email. There’s no limit to how many people you can invite, and the more contributors you include, the more meaningful your online video montage will be.

Yes — you can download your video and keep it forever as a digital keepsake. Simply click the download button located under your finished video to save it to your device.
Group videos can be up to 170 minutes (2.8 hours) in length, but most videos are under 10 minutes. Note: If you need to create a video longer than 170 minutes, please contact our Customer Care team for assistance.
Yes — your video is private by default. Only you (the creator) can see the finished video when logged in to your VidDay account until you change the privacy setting to share it with others. When you choose to make it viewable, invitees and recipients can watch and share the video. You can also keep it private by sharing it only with the recipient, who can then view their video, record a thank-you message, and claim their gift card if included. Note: The cover photo you upload and the invite message are visible to others in the invitations you send.
