Question 1

How do I invite people to submit holiday wishes on VidDay?

Accepted Answer

To invite people to a VidDay **group video gift**, simply share the invite link to your custom submission page. Friends and family can use the link to **upload their holiday wishes, video messages, and photos online.**

You can send the invite link through **WhatsApp, Messenger, email, or SMS text message.** For larger groups, VidDay’s **Smart Invite tool** helps you quickly invite and track participants by email.

There’s no limit to how many people you can invite, and the more contributors you include, the more meaningful your **online video montage** will be.

Question 2

Can I add music to my holiday video?

Accepted Answer

Yes — you can **add background music** to your VidDay video in three ways:

1. **Upload your own songs**
2. **Choose tracks from our music library**
3. **Order a custom holiday song** with personalized lyrics made just for your video montage.

Question 5

Is my holiday video private?

Accepted Answer

Yes — your **holiday video is private by default**. Only you (the creator) can see the finished video when logged in to your VidDay account **until you change the privacy setting** to share it with others.

When you choose to make it viewable, invitees and recipients can **watch and share the video**. You can also keep it private by sharing it **only with the recipient**, who can then view their video, record a thank-you message, and claim their gift card if included.

**Note:** The **cover photo** you upload and the **invite message** are visible to others in the invitations you send.

Question 6

Can I download my holiday video?

Accepted Answer

Yes — you can **download your holiday video** and keep it forever as a digital keepsake. Simply click the **download button** located under your finished video to save it to your device.
